Q: Which courier do you use and HOW LONG will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We use Courier Post to send most of orders. Since we carry most of models in stock, handling and delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. A back order lens may take up to 15-30 working days.

 

Q: How do I track my order and shipment?

A: After the parcel is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your email. Every single order comes with a tracking number. If you do not receive it, please feel free to ask us via Facebook Messager or email.

 

Q: Returns & Exchanges

A: We offer a return&exchange policy on contact lenses within 30 days of delivery. We provide free returns on all of our products during these time periods. To make a return, simply contact us via Facebook Messager or email within the stated days for a complimentary electronic shipping label that you can print off. Once you have the label, we ask that you ship the items back to us as soon as possible to initiate your refund.

Contact lenses must be returned in unopened, unmarked and undamaged boxes and must be within 12 months of their expiry date. Returns or exchanges may be denied, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of prior transactions.

*One-time exchange means your next order purchased (exchanged) with any of the store credit generated by a return past 60 days will be a final sale, and ineligible for any return for refund or further exchange.

 

Q: How can I RETURN my CONTACT LENSES? 

A: To return your contact lenses, just simply contact us by email, or on our social media Facebook Messagers. We will reply you as soon as possible to arrange the return.

Contact lenses must be returned in unopened, and unmarked boxes. Due to the reasons of personal hygiene, contact lenses are not refundable once the packages have been opened.

 

Q. How will I get my REFUND?

A:  After the item has been sent and received by our facility, we will process the refund back to the account you provided between 1-2 weeks.

 

Q: How can I choose the COLOURS and POWERS?

Berry Boutique has made our effort to display the accuracy of every single colour of the lenses.

However:

  1. Due to the different colours of pupils personally, we cannot guarantee everyone can have exactly the same colours demonstrated after you put on the contact lenses. 
  2. Have a copy of your contact lens prescription — including your base curve (BC) Diameter (Dia), and expiry date.

You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses. You represent and warrant to Berry Boutique by placing an order that your information you enter into the Berry boutique website is valid, true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your optometrist or eye care provider.
